The Dutch Consulate, together with the local Dutch community, will bring you another great celebration of Dutch Queen's day in San Francisco!

Last year we celebrated it on Union Square (see pictures). This year, we are starting a new tradition by celebrating Queen’s Day in the Golden Gate Park, next to the beautiful Dutch Windmill at the Queen Wilhelmina Garden. In cooperation with the San Francisco Department of Parks & Recreation, we will create a designated space from the Great Highway to 47th Avenue. The location will allow us to celebrate in a beautiful park setting with easy access and parking.

 

Participate!

We still have plenty of opportunities for commercial vendors, children who want to sell things at the vrijmarkt, artists who want to exhibit their work, and others who are interested in participating. We are also seeing volunteers to assist with the children’s games, logistics, beer garden, and other activities.
